1 cup instant white rice

1 package McCormick® Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix

1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed

directions

1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until softened. Add rice and water as directed on package. Prepare rice as directed on package.

 

2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and beans. Cook and stir until heated through.
